We Just Get It LLP – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“LLP Terms”) govern services provided by We Just Get It LLP.

 

By booking, attending, or engaging in LLP services, you agree to these LLP Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

1. About We Just Get It LLP

We Just Get It LLP provides psychologically informed services including:
• parent psychological consultation
• psychoeducation and formulation
• workshops and group sessions
• training for professionals and organisations
• written materials and summaries related to LLP services Services are delivered in line with UK professional, ethical, and legal standards.

2. Scope of These Terms

These LLP Terms apply only to services delivered by We Just Get It LLP.

They do not apply to:
• psychological therapy or intervention delivered by individual practitioners operating as sole traders
• services governed by separate sole trader Terms & Conditions
Where services fall outside the LLP, this will always be made clear before engagement.

3. Nature of LLP Services

LLP services:
• are psychologically informed and evidence-based
• focus on understanding behaviour, emotional needs, and systems
• support parents, carers, and professionals
• are not diagnostic
• do not provide mental health diagnoses
• do not provide crisis or emergency services

Support is not dependent on diagnosis.

4. Appointments, Fees, and Cancellations

Fees
• All LLP services are self-funded
• Services are not provided via private medical or health insurance
• Payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations
Parents / individual bookings: minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Institutional or organisational training: minimum 2 weeks’ notice required
• Late cancellations or non-attendance are chargeable

5. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Records

Personal data is handled in accordance with:
• UK GDPR
• Data Protection Act 2018
• professional standards

We Just Get It LLP is a registered Data Controller with the ICO. Confidentiality may be breached where required by law or safeguarding obligations, including:
• risk of serious harm
• safeguarding concerns
• legal or court requirements

6. Use of AI Technology

AI tools may be used to support administrative functions such as:
• drafting summaries
• structuring written content
• assisting report preparation

Safeguards include:
• no automated decision-making
• no diagnosis by AI
• human review of all outputs
• GDPR and confidentiality compliance

7. Online Delivery
Where services are delivered online:
• you are responsible for ensuring privacy and appropriate technology
• we are not liable for third-party platform failures

8. Recording of Sessions
• Workshops may be recorded for access by attendees
• Sessions may not be recorded by clients without written consent
• Recordings must not be shared, distributed, or published without permission

9. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

We maintain clear professional boundaries.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services without refund.

10. Efficacy and Limitation of Liability

Psychological support is collaborative and individualised.
• outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• no refunds are offered where desired outcomes are not achieved

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
