For Professionals
Training & Consultation for Truly Inclusive Practice
As psychologists and parents of neurodivergent children, we bring
both professional expertise and lived experience to every partnership. We
understand the realities of classroom life—and the difference it makes when
schools feel confident, supported, and equipped to meet every child’s needs.
We work
with schools, academy trusts, early-years settings, and local authorities to
create genuinely neuro-affirming environments—places where all
learners can thrive, not just those with identified SEND.
Our training and consultation cover:
• Understanding autism, ADHD, and/or Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome) through a neuro-affirmative
lens
• Supporting sensory and emotional regulation in learning
environments
• Positive communication and behaviour support that builds
trust and connection
• Co-regulation and trauma-informed approaches for safer,
calmer classrooms
• Collaborating effectively with parents and carers to achieve
the best outcomes
We also offer:
• INSET training days tailored to your priorities• Staff wellbeing sessions to sustain a compassionate culture
• Case consultations (for individual children) and reflective supervision (for individuals or groups).
Every session is interactive, evidence-informed, and practical—designed to empower staff with real strategies they can use straight away.
